Ani Gyalten Dechen (Resident Nun and Director)
Pundarika was founded by me, Ani Dechen as a response to a request from Rinpoches from two lineages. I have been ordained for four years and am a mum to two teenage girls. Our centre like most people's lives is a mix of relative existance and ultimate existance or the mundane and the trancendent. This makes me very interested in how to lead the most spiritually rich life whilst living a "normal" life. Whilst I have my ordination vows which I try to keep well, I still am a mum, friend, student, neighbour and employee. So let's share what insights we find together on this website, in this deeply precious human birth.
